Not only cross-country teams and runners use the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm as a training camp: also a part of the Norwegian rowing team around Olaf Tufte (Olympic gold medallist in single sculls in 2004 and 2008, world champion in single sculls in 2001 and 2003) currently practises at the high alpine pasture.
