Time for bike holidays in South Tyrol

Bike in every season between 700 and 2,440 m a.s.l.

Magnificent views over the Dolomites, the vastness of Europe’s largest high-mountain plateau, 300 days of sun: You can experience all of this on cycling tours around the Seiser Alm. The tour network of the cycling region of Val Gardena/Seiser Alm covers 600 kilometres of cycling routes at two different altitudes. The tours on the Seiser Alm and the villages Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern and Tiers am Rosengarten, situated about 1,000 metres below, make biking possible in every season.

Head uphill with ease

E-mountain bikes are an excellent way to get high up and far away. The summer lifts of the Dolomites region Seiser Alm are a great help for bikers as they offer bike transport – partly even free of charge, which makes it possible to overcome great differences in elevation in a short time and without any effort.
The keys to bike safety

Biking with respect for nature

All tours listed on the map and in this website are the official MTB tours of the Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi bike area.

Please bear in mind that there are also hikers on many of the trails and that mutual respect is essential for peaceful coexistence.

All paths that do not appear on the map or on this website are for different reasons not suitable for use with a mountain bike and should therefore please not be ridden. We recommend to choose routes suited to your abilities and to wear a helmet. Drive proactively and always be ready to brake. The protection of nature and animals is a priority: avoid noise, hard braking, stay on marked trails and avoid shortcuts.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
