Amongst the culinary experiences and highlights of the local gastronomy, we find speciality weeks and gourmet days all through the year: The “Völser Kuchlkastl” in Fiè/Völs in October is one of the longest-standing gastronomy weeks in the Dolomite region, and offers traditional dishes prepared with class. The open-air speciality events are also extremely popular, and include the “Berglertafel” mountaineers’ dinner with a view of the Catinaccio or the “Krausentafel” dinner at the Monte Calvario in Castelrotto.
