From farm to table – Cheese tasting at the Gostner Schwaige mountain hut

The cheese at the Gostner Schwaige mountain hut is made from fresh cows’ milk. During the cheese production Franz, the hut owner, will tell you all about the steps of cheese making and the process from the cow’s milk to cheese. During a comparative tasting session you will get acquainted with varied tastes of milk. As soon as the cheese is ready, packed into moulds and decorated, the tasting session may not be missed.
