The “Five Tibetans®” is a series of five exercises for body and spirit. Their effect is holistic: The body is trained, metabolism boosted, immune system and hormone release harmonised, detoxification stimulated… and best of all: the exercises are easy for everybody and quick to learn.
Furthermore, the rustle of leaves on the Calvary hill with its meditative atmosphere, awaken all the senses. A simple, efficient method of caring for your body and bringing your whole being into balance.

Monika Malfertheiner is a professional and dedicated InnerFitness®, Five Tibetans® and health trainer who is working with aspects of Nature Response®. During her sessions, she aims to impart a conscious awareness of body and spirit in relation to nature to her participants.

Useful informations / what to bring
You will need: a isomat, a towel, something to drink, clothing suitable for the weather. If you do not have an isomat, one will be provided at the meeting point.

"The Five Tibetans®" session will be held outdoors, in case of rain the event will be moved into the Laechler manor.
The refund of the paid amount in case of cancellation will be made only upon presentation of the receipt and if the cancellation is notified at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
Service description
The price includes the 1 1/2 hour "Five Tibetan"-session with the professional trainer, rental of a yoga mat, a balance drink and a sustainable bottle.
