Learn how to bake the traditional breads of South Tyrol together with Klaus the baker at the Oberprantacher Bakery in Seis am Schlern. You will learn how Schüttelbrot rye flatbread got its name, and the right way to shape the “Vinschgerlen” pair-bread. After the course, you can go home with your own homemade Schüttelbrot and hand-shaped Vinschger Paarl.
