Snowshoe Hike Seiser Alm

Take the bus to Siusi (at the Alpe di Siusi cable car, hiking guide Roman is waiting). Ascent (for a fee) with the Panorama cable car to the Alpe di Siusi. From Compatsch via Panorama to Spitzbühl 1.980m. After an easy descent - crossing the "Tschapit" at the foot of the Sciliar - follows again an easy ascent to the Goldknopf 2.249m. Continue to the Almrosenhütte - lunch at the Mahlknechthütte. 3 KM toboggan run to Saltria. Alternatively descent on foot (1 hour) to Saltria. Return to Kompatsch by shuttle bus (2,50 €) -.
4 hours walking time, 450 Hm ascent and descent.
