With the public bus from Tiers 8.51 am to the cable car Tiers and ascent to the Frommeralm. Continue with the bus to Gasthof Jolanda. Ascent via the "Sagenwanderweg" no. 7 to the Haniger Schwaige. Then descent to the Plafötsch hut and on to St. Zyprian.
