Early bird skiing with alpine breakfast

Exclusive skiing experience with breakfast on the Seiser Alm. Here is the reason why you should get up early during your ski holiday: On five days in March and April (Wednesdays) three ski lifts open alternately and exclusively at 7:00 am. Early birds have the opportunity to cross the freshly groomed and deserted slopes and enjoy the special morning atmosphere on Europe's largest mountain plateau, while being accompanied by ski instructors and receiving valuable tips. At 9:00 a.m. breakfast is served in the mountain hut. During the rich alpine breakfast with many delicious products from South Tyrol you can enjoy the morning sun and recharge your batteries before you head straight back to the slopes.

Swing on Snow

Five days of music on the ski slopes and in the huts on the Seiser Alm and in the villages at the foot of the Sciliar mountain, sweet melodies and dynamic rhythms, groups from the entire Alpine region, and above all a great atmosphere: this is Swing on Snow 2024. For the 1th year in a row the Seiser Alm Winter Music Festival offers a mix of traditional folk music with jazz, soul, pop and classical music.

The bands play on the various ski slopes on the Seiser Alm in the morning, at lunchtime they perform in the mountain huts of the Seiser Alm and in the evening the villages of Castelrotto, Siusi, Fiè and Tires host atmospheric after ski concerts. During the WinterMusicFestvial musical enjoyment combines perfectly with skiing.

The 15th edition of Swing on Snow will take place from March 14 to March 22, 2024.

🌿 Seiser Alm Nature: Ever seen map lichen? It looks like a map, so it's called 'map lichen' or Rhizocarpon geographicum in the plant world. It grows super slowly on rocks, especially in cold places with silicate rock. It's like a time traveler – its age tells when ice melted. Also, it's like a canary in the coal mine for air quality, super sensitive to changes. Fun fact: it's been to space! 😀☘️
