Amazing trails in the Dolomites for jogging, mountain running and trail running

Coming to the Dolomites to run? The Dolomites Region Seiser Alm offers everything that makes a running heart race that bit faster: The Seiser Alm Running Park awaits your visit with 240 km of running routes of a variety of difficulties. Eight of the 20 excellently signposted routes are on the highest mountain plateau in Europe, the Seiser Alm, and 12 routes in the villages of Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern and Tiers am Rosengarten, the mountain trails mostly in Tiers am Rosengarten. Whether the long 18.4 km Plattkofel trail, the easy Beginners Run or the demanding mountain trails – the Running Park offers the ideal route for every runner.

Perfect training conditions for running enthusiasts

The high altitudes of the running trails, between 900 and 2,300 m, make the Dolomites Region Seiser Alm the ideal destination for running in the Dolomites from April right through to November. Given the level terrain and the low-oxygen air of the high altitudes, the Seiser Alm running trails ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 m are particularly good for professional endurance training. And on a run around the Seiser Alm in Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern and Tiers am Rosengarten, breathtaking views over the Dolomite Mountains are in no short supply.
