In the heart of Tiers, at the gateway to the Dolomites, lies the small Tratter bakery. Every day, fresh breads and rolls are made here, including whole wheat bread, whole rye bread, mountain hiker’s bread, Tierser loaves, traditional hand-rolled rolls and oven-fresh pizza.
