Together with Kneipp expert Resi, we dive into the revitalizing world of Kneipp therapy and experience the power of water in the untouched nature surrounding Bad Ratzes. The Kneipp courses offer the opportunity to refresh body and mind and to discover the five pillars of Kneipp teachings: water, movement, nutrition, medicinal plants, and balance.
The courses are held in German and Italian.

Directions
On foot: The hiking trail starts at the valley station of the Seis/Seiser Alm cable car in Seis (approx. 40 min.) and leads to Bad Ratzes.
By bus: Take the shuttle bus 5/15, departing at 9:20 AM from the bus station in Seis am Schlern.
By car: With your own vehicle, turn right into Henrik-Ibsen-Straße after the bus station in Seis. From there, follow the signs to Bad Ratzes for about 3 km.
