Our menu features both local and Mediterranean specialties, which are prepared using primarily regional products. One of the main ingredients is natural hay from our meadows, which is creatively used during the preparation of our dishes.
In our restaurant we use regional products from the surrounding area, such as fresh herbs, organic eggs, apples from Val Venosta/Vinschgau etc. The superb Alpine hay comes from our own meadows above Castelrotto/Kastelruth, on the fantastic Alpe di Siusi, and features a variety of herbs and flowers, which contribute to the unique taste of our dishes.
We will gladly accompany every course with a nice glass from our eclectic wine selection.
