Snowshoe hike in the Latemar area

Experience the pure magic of winter with a snowshoe hike in the deep winter Latemar area, where untouched snowy landscapes and the imposing panorama of the Dolomites promise an unforgettable nature experience.

Tour Description:
After ascending with the cable car from Tiers and then continuing by public bus, we start our hike at the cable car station Paulina. The path leads us uphill through the Latemar-Forest to Mitterleger. Depending on snow conditions, we then hike either along the Labyrinth trail or trail No. 21 to Latmor Alm. After a lunch break, we descend via the Latemar meadows to Karerpass, from where we return to Tiers by bus and cable car.

Hiking Time: Approximately 4.5 hours
Ascent: Approximately 500 m
Descent: Approximately 400 m
Difficulty: Technically easy hike, good basic fitness required
Refreshment Stop: Latmor Alm

Snowshoeing equipment must be brought by the participant.
