In March, the world’s best freestylers will be taking to their boards and skis in a gravity-defying display of choreography. The two World Cups will be taking place at the Alpe di Siusi Snow Park.
Slopestyle, first introduced at Sochi 2014, is the most recent extreme-discipline on the Olympic scene, and sees athletes competing on a course which features a variety of jumps and obstacles. Six judges rate tricks on creativity, difficulty and execution or style, while jumps are evaluated on height, range and landing.
