Prices
The prices are per day for up to 2 people and a stay of 3 nights. The appartments can be occupied by up to 6 people.
Included
Two coverd parking places, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and bath towels, TV, satellite channels, free internet access via WiFi, electricity and heating.
Mobile Card Alto Adige - gratis
During your stay the Mobil Card allows you to travel anywhere in Alto Adige using public transportation for free.
Surcharges
For each additional person there is a charge of € 20 - 25/day. Stays of less than 3 nights for extra charge on request.
Children
Children under 2 years stay for free. A crib is available free of charge upon request.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning costs € 65 all-inclusive.
Local tax
The local tax is € 1.75 /person per night. Children and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due on departure and will be collected on site.
Deposit
The deposit is 30% of the rental price.
Payment
Payment methods by bank transfer or cash.
General
On the day of arrival your apartment is ready for use from 4 pm and on the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am. The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit (booking guarantee) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The reservation can be cancelled at least 90 days before the arrival date without any cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival day: 60% of the total agreed price. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival day or no-show must pay the total price. Please inform us in time if you cannot start your vacation. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the full price.
