The Dolomites have been a Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009. Due to their geological uniqueness, the idea of creating a long-distance hiking trail through the Dolomites was born. This 175 km long Dolomites World Heritage Geotrail consists of 10 stages, where the most beautiful mountain groups of the Dolomites roam through. The third and fourth stages of the Geotrail lead through the Seiser Alm holiday region. The 10 stages are also ideal for day trips.
