Culinary weeks "Schlerngenuss"

100% regional products from the Dolomites region Seiser Alm

Especially for lovers of regional cuisine, the "Schlerngenuss Dolomites" the culinary weeks will take place from 02.06.-16.06.24 under the motto "100 % Dolomites Region Seiser Alm". The Speciality Weeks, an initiative of the HGV local groups, aims to unite the Dolomites region Seiser Alm in culinary terms and create a lively, particularly sustainable event for locals and guests alike.


During this period, delicious dishes made from ingredients that come 100% from the Dolomites region Seiser Alm (zero km) await you in all participating restaurants. The aim of the culinary weeks is to bring local cohesion and a 100% local culinary offer to the fore and to establish 360-degree cooperation with farmers and direct marketers. This strengthens local interaction.

The participating restaurant, which are located in the villages around the Sciliar - from Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Seiser Alm all the way to Völs am Schlern - are naturally looking forward to numerous visitors.

Our kick-off event

All lovers of regional cuisine can look forward to a special taste experience for a fortnight in June. The kick-off event of the "Schlerngenuss Dolomites" speciality weeks is the Bergler Harass in Tiers on 02 June. The setting for this special picnic is the Wuhnleger, an alpine meadow with a small pond in which the Rosengarten is reflected. Regional products such as sheep's cheese, deer sausage, Tierser bread and doughnuts are stuffed into a wooden crate, called "Harras" in dialect, according to taste. The delicacies are enjoyed on a blanket under the mighty larches to the sounds of a live band.
