At the Gostner hut, a cooking course for Kaiserschmarrn and dumplings takes place every Thursday.

Directions
From the mountain station of the Alpe di Siusi cable car it is a 45 minute walk, otherwise with bus no. 11 to the Steger-Dellai stop and from there another 15 minutes of walking to the hut.
