Holiday in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage

The Dolomites were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009. With this recognition, UNESCO acknowledged the monumental beauty and uniqueness of the Dolomites, as well as their geological and geomorphological significance, as valuable and worth protecting.
A total of nine Dolomite areas – including the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park – have since been officially listed among the most beautiful landscapes in the world.

Strictly prohibited: camping, tents & overnight stays
Wild camping, pitching tents and sleeping in vehicles of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Seiser Alm, in the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park and throughout the Dolomites Region Seiser Alm. Violations are penalised. Private property may not be used for camping purposes either. Please respect these regulations and help us protect the natural landscape of the Seiser Alm region.
