Tratter Bakery

In the heart of Tiers, at the gateway to the Dolomites, lies the small Tratter bakery. Every day, fresh breads and rolls are made here, including whole wheat bread, whole rye bread, mountain hiker’s bread, Tierser loaves, traditional hand-rolled rolls and oven-fresh pizza. Cakes and sweet treats are also part of the daily assortment.

Baking is done according to traditional recipes and with plenty of time for real flavor. This family-run bakery delivers early in the morning to families, holiday apartments and hotels, and offers fresh bread, coffee and cakes every day in the shop opposite the church.
