Where can I pick up my skipass? - Pick-up box

At the pick-up boxes (skip the lines): You can buy your online ski pass and get a voucher in PDF-format. Print it out or save it on your smartphone and scan the QR-code at the pick-up box, in order to immediately print your ski pass without additional costs.You will find these boxes at the valley station of the Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway and the entrance of the ski pass office in Compatsch.
You can also pick up your ski pass at the ski pass sale points in the Dolomites Region Seiser Alm (skipass office valley station Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway, Kastelruth and Compatsch) and throughout the ski resort Dolomiti Superski.
In the accommodation (skip the lines): If your accommodation participates on the agreement, they will collect your skipass for you.
Do you have a MY DOLOMITI CARD? Then it is even easier. You can load your skipass comfortably from home onto your rechargeable skipass. In this way you can go directly to the lifts.

Automated ticket offices - Buy & pick-up

At the valley station of the Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway there are automated ticket offices and so it is also possible to buy the ski passes directly at the self-service machines. The automated ticket offices offer you the possibility to easily and quickly purchase a ski pass without losing time in queues. The following ski passes can be purchased only by card:

My Dolomiti Card & Ski Performance Check

The My Dolomiti Card is a personal, reusable card the size of a credit card. You can add your skipass to the card from the comfort of your own home or at the points of sale. You can apply for a My Dolomiti Card free of charge in our main points of sale.

Ski Performance Check: Create your My Dolomiti profile via the website or via the Dolomiti Superski app. Link your card to your My Dolomiti profile and see how you’re doing on the slopes: the number of lifts used, the difference in altitude of the runs skied and the kilometres of slopes you have covered. You simply enter your ski pass code, which you can find on the back side of your skipass and you will find out more about your personal performance.

Skiing safely

Ski insurance: From 01/01/2022 on, every user of the ski areas must have third-party liability insurance. The skipass does not include insurance. Those who do not have this insurance can buy it at the skipass offices or on the website dolomitisuperski.com even for single days, through the Dolomiti Superski partner, Snowcare. The most common insurance policies of this kind, including those for families, already cover the area of "winter sports" - it is nevertheless recommended to clarify this with your own insurance company.
Helmets: Starting from the 2025/26 winter season, wearing a helmet will be mandatory for everyone – regardless of age – on all ski slopes, in snow parks, and on toboggan runs. This new regulation aims to improve safety in ski areas and reduce the risk of injury in the event of falls or collisions. Anyone who does not comply with the helmet requirement may face administrative penalties in the form of a fine.
Alcohol on the slopes: It will be forbidden to ski in a state of drunkenness (the limits laid down in the Highway Code will be applied, i.e. 0.5 mg of alcohol per litre of blood) or under the influence of drugs.

This ski pass Alpe di Siusi/Val Gardena is valid on 79 lifts and 181 km ski runs on the Seiser Alm and also in Val Gardena, stretching out as far as Passo Sella and Passo Gardena.

The roundtrip with the Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway is included in the ski pass Seiser Alm/Val Gardena.

Skipass Dolomiti Superski

The Dolomiti Superski ski pass is the super-pass for the whole area of the Dolomites. This ski pass is valid in 15 ski resorts on 1.200 km of slopes. The ski pass includes also the famous Sellaronda and many other ski tours in the Dolomites.

The roundtrip with the Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway is included in the ski pass Dolomiti Superski.

If you buy an adult skipass and a children’s skipass at the same time, children (2018-2022) get their daily or multi-day skipass – the same kind and for the same period as the adult pass – for free. Each accompanying adult can bring a child for free.

Children (2018-2022) get a 50% discount on daily and multi-day skipasses if not bought with a skipass for an accompanying adult.*

Juniors & Seniors

Juniors (2008-2017) get a 30% discount on daily and multi-day skipasses.*
Seniors (1960 and before) get a 10% discount on daily and multi-day skipasses.*

*Important: the person receiving the discount/free skipass must be present when the skipass is purchased, and must have an ID.

Disabled visitors
With a greater than 51% impairment: 20% discount on daily and multi-day skipasses and season skipasses (Superdays, DTL, Superski Family and points value cards excluded).
