Seiser Alm Balance: Kneipp Therapy at Ratzes (only de + it)

With Resi, we experience Sebastian Kneipp's original health concept in a practical and comprehensive way at the Kneipp facility in Ratzes, idyllically located at the foot of the impressive Sciliar massif, incorporating all aspects of this therapy: water therapy, nutrition, medicinal herbs, and mindfulness.

This event is offered in German and Italian only.

On foot:
The hiking trail starts at the valley station of the Seis/Seiser Alm aerial cableway in Seis (approx. 40 min.) to Bad Ratzes.

By bus:
Line 5+15 - departs from Seiser Alm aerial cableway at 12:45 p.m.

By car:
If you are traveling by car, turn right onto Henrik-Ibsen-Straße after the Seis bus station. From here, follow the signs to Bad Ratzes for approx. 3 km.

A small backpack with a towel and something to drink, shorts and a T-shirt or pants and a shirt that can be rolled up. Otherwise, warm clothing appropriate for the weather.
The Kneipp therapy takes place outdoors. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at this event.

The amount paid will only be refunded in the case of cancellation by the organizer.
