Autumn pleasure: Farm tour “From hay to cheese” and product tasting at the “Hof

Experience an exciting farm tour and learn how milk is produced – from hay to cheese. From animal husbandry to fresh milk, you will gain fascinating insights into modern agriculture.

The newly built barn from 2024 is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to enter the cheese dairy itself, but you will have the opportunity to look inside through a viewing window.

Afterwards, a cheese tasting awaits you, where you can try various types of cheese.

The event will be held in German and Italian only.

By car: From Kastelruth, drive towards Siusi allo Sciliar. After about 2 km, turn left towards St. Valentin. Follow the road until the Faller Raida junction, then turn right. The Hof zu Fall farm is located on the right-hand side.

By public transport: From Kastelruth to Siusi allo Sciliar, you can take bus lines 3, 3A, 170, 172, or 177. From Siusi bus station, take bus 5 or 15 to the Faller Raida stop. From there, it is about a 2-minute walk to Hof zu Fall.
