Experience an exciting farm tour and discover how milk is produced – from hay to cheese.
From animal care to fresh milk, you’ll gain fascinating insights into modern agriculture. The newly built barn, completed in 2024, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to enter the dairy itself, but a viewing window allows you to watch the cheesemaking process in action.
After the tour, a cheese tasting awaits you, where you can sample a variety of cheeses.
The event is conducted in German and Italian.

Directions
By car:From Kastelruth, drive towards Telfen/Seis am Schlern. After about 2 km, turn left towards St. Valentin. Follow the road until the Faller Raida junction, then turn right. The Hof zu Fall farm is located on the right-hand side.
By public bus:
From Kastelruth to St. Valentin, take bus line 10 (free of charge up to the InfoPoint stop), or from Seis take bus line 5/15, and get off at the Faller Raida stop. From there, it’s about a 2-minute walk to the Hof zu Fall farm.
