A Journey of Self-Discovery with Michaela Prister

In this special walk we combine movement with inner awareness and mindfulness. Step by step we leave everyday life behind and open our senses to the surroundings, the breath, and the present moment.

Through simple guidance, short moments of silence, and mindful walking, space arises for calmness, clarity, and new perspectives. Nature becomes a mirror and companion on the path toward greater inner balance.

The consciousness walk is open to anyone who wishes to slow down, take time for themselves, and deepen their connection with nature and their inner self.

Take the Seiser Alm cable car from Siusi up to the Alpe di Siusi. From there, it is about a 5-minute walk to Compatsch, where the meeting point is located.
