Together with our trained MTB guides you‘ll learn the cycling technique from scratch... After a short introduction by the guide, we start with analysing your seating position, bike and equipment.
The technique training includes breaking, basic techniques in turns, the right balance, steep uphill and downhill cycling, and safe crossing of small obstacles. After the training you are ready for the coming days. Direct feedback during the exercises and first practice in tours will quickly provide more safety and fun on the bike.
