Farm Experience: all about horses

This event is offered only in German an Italian.

How are horseshoes fitted to a horse’s hooves? What horse breeds and riding styles are there? At the Unterlanzin riding stable, we can also groom and brush the horses ourselves. After the work is done, we’ll ride a few guided laps in the riding arena. As a souvenir of this horse-themed afternoon, you’ll receive a horseshoe – a little piece of luck to take home.

For children aged 6 and over, accompanied by at least one adult per family!
The event can only be booked on site at the local tourist offices.

Price per event:
1 adult and 1 child: €25.00
each additional family member: €10.00

By bus to the “Telfen” stop (lines 3, 170, 172, 177) – 5-minute walk to the meeting point.
By car to the Unterlanzin riding stable.

Children up to 8 years old are led on horseback in the arena; older and/or experienced children go on a ride through the forest (approx. 1 hour). Parents can also ride; suitable footwear is recommended!

A refund of the amount paid is only possible in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
In this case, the paid amount must be collected from the tourist office where the payment was made.
