How to find us
The listed Grottnerhof has existed since the 13th century, already Oswald von Wolkenstein mentioned it in his texts. The historic farm was renovated and taken over by the Pramstrahler family in 2007, nuances between old tradition and modernity were created. With great success the varieties Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Noir are cultivated in the newly planted vineyards. With the most modern cellar technology, the varieties are refined and finally bottled.
Author's tip
On 05.03.2025 there will be a winery tour with wine tasting at the Grottnerhof winery. Registrations are accepted at the Völs Tourist Office until 10:00 am on the day of the event.
Parking
The car can be parked directly at the Grottnerhof.
Directions
From Atzwang turn into the Völser Ried-Straße, after 1.1km turn sharply right and follow the road for another 0.6km to the Grottnerhof.
Coming from Völs continue in the direction of Seis am Schlern, in the next village St. Anton turn left into the industrial zone, follow the curvy narrow road for about 5km to the Grottnerhof.
