Did you know that there are over 1,000 different aromas inside a coffee bean? Through traditional slow roasting, Caroma’s master roasters refine raw beans to craft fragrant gourmet coffees. Visit our coffee shop in Fiè allo Sciliar, see roasting demonstrations and explore the fascinating world of coffee. Our roastery is open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 5:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 8 am to 12 noon. 

A trip with a difference: visit the Caroma Coffeeseum, home to a collection of coffee grinders unlike any other in the world, where you can trace the journey of a coffee bean from the Equator all the way into the cup. Guided tours are available with advance reservation by calling +39 0471 172 52 00.
