Hans and Paula Steger Trail

The Hans and Paula Steger Trail leads from Compatsch to Saltria and is designed to give everyone an appreciation of the nature of the highland alpine meadows. It is an easy trail with hardly any difficulties or significant inclines. From the church in Compatsch, we follow trail no. 30 until we cross the asphalt road at the junction to the Hotel Steger-Dellai. The trail continues along the edge of the forest to above the Ritsch-Schwaige, offering a beautiful view of the Langkofel and Plattkofel mountains.
