The Prackfol winery exists since the 17th century, for generations the Planer family has taken care of it with vitality. The temperature at this altitude provides the optimal conditions for high quality viticulture: the varieties Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Vernatsch and Chardonnay have been created. Several times various types of wine received an award.

Author's tip
On 26 February 2025, a winery tour with wine tasting will take place at the Prackfolhof winery. Registrations are accepted at the Völs Tourist Office until 10:00 am on the day of the event.
Parking
The car can be parked at the Prackfolhof winery.
Directions
Coming from Blumau on the main road after the company Faust turn at the junction towards Tiers and follow for 3.2km, then turn right to Spiegelweg and continue for another 3km to the Prackfol Hof.
