Public transport
The starting point of the hike is easily accessible via the following public transportation options: by bus, taking line 2 from Völs am Schlern, line 3 from Kastelruth, or line 170 from Bolzano Bus Station or Brixen Bus Station to the Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway stop in Seis am Schlern. From there, take the Seiser Alm Aerial Cableway to reach Seiser Alm and then, at Compatsch, take bus line 11 to Saltria.
Parking
There are parking possibilities at the valley station of the Seiser Alm cable car.
