In a rustic alpine hut on the Seiser Alm, you will learn the art of traditional dumpling preparation under the guidance of Franz. Using regional ingredients, you will prepare delicious dumplings and gain fascinating insights into South Tyrolean cuisine. After cooking, it’s time to enjoy! With a view of the mountains, the homemade dumplings taste twice as good.

Directions
From the mountain station of the Seiser Alm cable car, it is a 45-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take Almbus No. 11 to the Steger-Dellai stop and from there walk another 15 minutes to the hut.
Useful tips
IMPORTANT: From Compatsch on the Seiser Alm, you can reach Gostner Schwaige with a 45-minute hike. You can also take Almbus No. 11 at 2:55 PM from Compatsch to the “Hotel Steger Dellai” stop, and from there it is a 15-minute walk to Gostner Schwaige.The ticket for the round trip with the Seiser Alm cable car and the bus, as well as drinks, are not included in the price.
