Schlerngenuss Dolomites

In June, you can look forward to a very special culinary highlight: the Schlerngenuss Dolomites gourmet weeks. The participating restaurateurs use almost exclusively products from the Dolomites Region Seiser Alm in their kitchens (with the exception of oil, salt, pepper and sugar). From these local ingredients they create delicious dishes for food lovers and gourmets.

 

The focus of the event lies on the sense of community among local people and on a culinary offering that is rooted in regionality. In addition, the participating restaurateurs, farmers and producers aim to further strengthen their collaboration – ideally well beyond the event itself.
